Our History
Tandabui Polytechnic Institute began as a health initiative and has grown into a leading institution committed to providing quality, practical education that creates real change in Tanzania and beyond.
The Foundation - THAT Establishment
Our journey began with the establishment of Tandabui Health Access Tanzania (THAT)—a registered non-governmental, non-profit organization founded to increase access to quality healthcare services for poor and underserved communities in Tanzania.
Global Partnerships & Impact
Through innovative health service delivery programs, community outreach, and media initiatives like Afya Radio FM, THAT impacted millions of lives and attracted partnerships with global organizations including USAID, Global Fund, DFID, UNICEF, and PSI Tanzania.
